- • As a Manager/Senior Manager for Commercial Data Product at Tiger Analytics, you will be at the forefront of enabling a groundbreaking pharmaceutical launch by architecting and delivering a sophisticated, Snowflake-native data product. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Life Sciences sector and a proven track record in commercial analytics and data product management. You will lead a dedicated, cross-functional pod, guiding them from the initial vision and design through to the successful execution and ongoing optimization of a critical data asset.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end commercial data product for an upcoming kidney launch. This involves translating the overarching launch strategy into actionable segmentation frameworks, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that will drive commercial success, and building robust data products that empower commercial leadership with actionable insights. You will be the central figure in ensuring that the data product directly supports and accelerates the launch objectives.
- • A significant aspect of this role is driving alignment and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Analytics teams to ensure a unified understanding of the data product's capabilities and its strategic importance. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for gathering comprehensive business requirements and ensuring the data product meets the multifaceted needs of the commercial organization.
- • You will take ownership of the product backlog, meticulously prioritizing features and enhancements to align with critical launch milestones. This proactive approach ensures that the development roadmap is tightly integrated with the commercial timeline, maximizing the impact of the data product at each stage of the launch.
- • Partnering closely with the engineering team, you will play a key role in designing Snowflake-native data models. Your input will be crucial in shaping the technical architecture to support long-term growth and adaptability.
- • A strong understanding of Power BI semantic layer principles is essential. The goal is to enable self-service analytics, empowering users to derive insights independently rather than relying solely on pre-built dashboards.
