  • • As the Manager of Strategic Development Managers at ServiceTitan, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the Enterprise Sales Development strategy, directly contributing to the company’s revenue goals by leading outbound pipeline generation through creative channels like cold calls, cold emails, and direct mail.
  • • You will have the unique opportunity to recruit, onboard, and train numerous new hires, shaping the future talent of the sales organization while reporting directly to Senior Management on operational and financial KPIs, ensuring high visibility and organizational impact.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and leading a team of 8–12 Strategic Development Managers (SDMs), setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and driving achievement against sales development goals.
  • • You will coach and develop future sales professionals through regular call coaching, skill development sessions, shadowing opportunities, and mentorship, serving as a steward of ServiceTitan’s culture and values.
  • • You will teach, share, and implement SDR strategy and processes, staying current with industry best practices and ensuring the team adopts effective outbound techniques across multiple channels.
  • • You will monitor lead processes, track key metrics, and catalyze pipeline creation by evaluating new technologies and programs to drive superior team performance and efficiency.
  • • You will motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to foster top performance, while actively participating in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to build a high-performing team.
  • • You will maintain an operational rhythm through weekly 1:1s, team meetings, forecasting calls, and collaboration with internal sales stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • • You will report regularly to Senior Management on operational and financial KPIs, providing insights that influence strategic decisions across the organization.
  • • This role may require approximately 3–4 trips per year for essential meetings, offering opportunities for cross-functional engagement and leadership visibility.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal sales teams (treated as internal customers) to ensure alignment, feedback loops, and mutual success in pipeline generation efforts.
  • • You will build and lead a best-in-class SDR team, directly influencing the company’s pipeline health and revenue success while gaining exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
  • • You will have access to resources and support to stay abreast of the latest sales enablement technologies and coaching methodologies, fostering continuous personal and professional growth.
  • • You will develop strong cross-functional relationship-building skills by partnering with teams across marketing, product, and operations to align strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • • You will cultivate an enthusiastic, inspirational, and vibrant team culture grounded in high emotional intelligence, expert communication, and presentation skills.
  • • You will leverage your analytical mindset to generate reports, identify trends in data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize team performance and outbound effectiveness.
  • • You will demonstrate technical proficiency in Salesforce.com (required) and preferred experience with Salesloft, Gong, and related sales enablement tools to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Direct experience as an SDR/BDR combined with 12+ months of direct experience in a closing Account Executive (AE) role.
  • • 1+ years of sales management experience or equivalent team lead/management experience.
  • • Proven outbound-specific cold-calling expertise and a deep understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • • Track record of managing or contributing to a high-performing sales team with success in both AE and leadership roles.
  • • Expert communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and high emotional intelligence.
  • • Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data.
  • • Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com (required); experience with Salesloft, Gong, and similar sales enablement technologies strongly preferred.
  • • Excellent business partner and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
