- • Lead group financial consolidation across four Asian markets and over 10 regional entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate strategy.
- • Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly financial review decks, quarterly earnings reports, regulatory filings, and board presentations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- • Develop and maintain the group-level annual financial plan and continuous rolling forecasts to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- • Serve as the primary financial advisor to business units, providing strategic cost analysis, forecasting frameworks, and financial insights to drive operational efficiency.
- • Lead ROI analysis and investment prioritization for company projects, continuously tracking performance and recommending adjustments based on financial outcomes.
- • Manage and mentor a team of two financial analysts, fostering analytical rigor, professional development, and succession planning through targeted training and process improvements.
- • Build and refine advanced financial models and scenario planning tools to evaluate risks, opportunities, and strategic options across products, channels, clients, and markets.
- • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives such as new product launches and market expansions, aligning financial strategies with business objectives and driving growth.
- • Champion innovation in finance operations by implementing automated reporting workflows, enhancing financial planning systems, and creating interactive dashboards to reduce month-end close cycles and improve decision-making.
- • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements through close collaboration with external auditors and internal control teams.
- • Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and board members to inform strategic direction.
- • Drive process enhancements to streamline financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, increasing efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- • Act as a strategic business partner by integrating financial insights into operational planning and performance tracking across diverse business units.
- • Promote a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the finance team and across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of work experience in Strategic Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Corporate Development
- • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA, CFA, or MBA highly preferred
- • Proven experience leading a team of financial analysts or similar supervisory role
- • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization software
- • Strong quantitative skills and effective communication abilities
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and act as a strategic business partner
