- • Manager, Strategic Growth leads a team of remote Strategic Growth Associates responsible for identifying, sourcing, and nurturing financial advisors with transferrable books of business (minimum $25M AUM) to join Savvy Wealth’s advisor-centric platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning recruitment, training, and management of high-performing team members; building an engaged and motivated team culture; collaborating with Revenue Operations to optimize systems and metrics; developing deep industry knowledge to implement targeted recruiting strategies; and staying current on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes.
- • Savvy Insurance Services, Inc. is a fast-growing wealth technology company building a digital-first platform to modernize financial advice, backed by over $105M from top-tier investors including Thrive Capital and Index Ventures, with a team of repeat founders from Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, and Facebook.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in the Financial Sector or recruiting revenue-producing candidates
- • 2+ years of experience managing a team responsible for sales or recruitment quota attainment
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite)
- • Proactive, collaborative leadership approach that facilitates intra-team and cross-functional productivity
