  • • In this high-impact position, you will leverage your deep understanding of Life Sciences Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Operations business processes, coupled with expertise in supporting technology solutions, to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Your primary objective will be to identify market opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospective and existing clients, and articulate the value proposition of Veeva’s comprehensive suite of regulatory solutions. This involves understanding the unique challenges and regulatory landscapes of various Latin American countries and tailoring Veeva’s offerings to meet these specific needs.
  • • You will collaborate closely with a world-class team of Life Sciences industry experts and technology leaders. Together, you will shape and deliver the next generation of regulatory applications and capabilities, ensuring Veeva remains the undisputed leader in the market. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, capable of navigating complex business environments and driving significant market penetration.
  • • Key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet needs within the Latin American regulatory space. You will develop strategic account plans for key target accounts, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving adoption of Veeva’s RIM solutions. This involves understanding the entire regulatory lifecycle, from submission planning and dossier management to compliance and post-market surveillance, and how Veeva’s platform addresses these critical areas.
  • • You will be responsible for developing compelling business cases and value propositions that resonate with senior executives in life sciences organizations. This includes quantifying the benefits of Veeva’s solutions in terms of efficiency gains, cost reductions, risk mitigation, and accelerated time-to-market for new therapies. You will also play a crucial role in educating the market about the advantages of cloud-based, integrated regulatory solutions.
  • • Furthermore, you will work with Veeva’s sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful go-to-market execution in Latin America. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for translating market insights into actionable plans and for providing feedback to product development teams to ensure our solutions continue to meet evolving industry demands.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into strategic recommendations. You should be adept at presenting complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including C-level executives. Your role will involve extensive travel within Latin America to meet with clients and attend industry events, fostering strong relationships and deepening your understanding of regional nuances.
  • • As a member of our 'Work Anywhere' company, you will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office, allowing you to create an environment where you can perform at your best. While this role is primarily remote, there is an expectation to be present in the SĂŁo Paulo office approximately two days per week to foster team collaboration and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Deep understanding of Life Sciences Regulatory Affairs and/or Regulatory Operations business processes and the supporting technology landscape.
  • • Proven experience in strategy development, market analysis, and business development within the Latin American life sciences or enterprise software market.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • • Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
