- • As a Manager of G-P-Support, you will lead a team of regional support specialists and supervisors responsible for delivering high-quality HR, IT, and Finance support to customers across the Americas time zone, ensuring operational efficiency and SLA compliance.
- • You will plan, direct, and integrate industry best practices to optimize service delivery, mentor and coach direct reports, establish performance goals, and manage the implementation of standardized operations with internal and external business partners.
- • You will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and IT subject matter experts to support customers on payroll, benefits, invoicing, and other cross-functional matters, while coordinating with local service and payroll providers to ensure seamless service execution.
- • You will drive successful service delivery by achieving SLA targets and customer satisfaction metrics, analyze root causes of issues, and develop action plans to continuously improve team performance and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- • 8–12 years of prior experience in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, deadline-oriented role.
- • 4 years of people management experience in a centralized shared services environment.
- • Strong experience managing HR shared service operations, preferably with Peoplesoft, Workday, or SAP.
- • Knowledge/experience with Zendesk and Salesforce; business analytical tools are a plus.
- • Strong understanding of HR and finance fundamentals across different locales.
- • Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and groups, analyze root causes, and create action plans.
- • Lean & Six Sigma experience is an advantage.
