- • As a Manager, Talent Acquisition at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will lead and scale the recruiting function to support the company’s mission of enabling compliant global employment for businesses of all sizes. You’ll play a critical role in democratizing opportunity by building diverse, high-performing teams across continents.
- • Day to day, you will manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer; conduct regular 1:1s; own hiring metrics and pipelines; collaborate with hiring leaders to meet targets; remove operational roadblocks; drive innovation in TA processes; and partner with People team stakeholders on Total Rewards, Talent Management, and People Business Partners initiatives.
- • You’ll join the People team at Remote, a fully remote-first company with team members across 6 continents, committed to innovation, automation, AI integration, and values-driven hiring. - • In this role, you will shape the long-term vision of Talent Acquisition, influence hiring strategy through data-driven insights, lead high-impact TA projects, advocate for global diversity and inclusion, and grow your leadership impact in a fast-scaling, mission-driven HR tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high-growth startup, including managing a Recruiting team
- • Hands-on experience reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines, with ability to drive data-driven hiring strategies and use predictive analytics
- • Track record of innovating and launching new initiatives that impact the Talent Acquisition or wider People team
- • Solid history of delivering results at pace to meet company scaling needs
- • Alignment with Remote’s values and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- • Experience managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams (preferred)
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
