- • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for multiple functions and regions, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
- • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles through proactive headhunting, university partnerships, and industry network engagement.
- • Optimize key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, consistently meeting SLAs and service level agreements for internal stakeholders.
- • Design and execute diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies within recruitment to enhance workforce representation across all levels.
- • Standardize and leverage talent acquisition technology including ATS, CRM, assessment tools, and analytics platforms to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- • Analyze recruitment data to generate actionable insights and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership on metrics such as cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, attrition, and pipeline health.
- • Manage relationships with external vendors including recruitment process outsourcing firms and job boards, negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
- • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable labor laws and company policies across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Coach, develop, and lead a talent acquisition team, fostering growth and alignment with organizational goals.
- • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategy with business objectives.
- • Present recruitment insights and recommendations directly to executive leadership with clarity and impact.
- • Drive employer branding initiatives and manage campus recruitment programs to attract top early-career talent.
- • Maintain current knowledge of HR policies, compensation practices, and onboarding processes to support seamless candidate transitions.
- • Manage recruitment budgets and vendor performance metrics with a focus on cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, adapting quickly to evolving hiring demands in a high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or people-management role
- • Proven track record of scaling recruiting operations in high-growth environments across multiple regions
- • Deep experience with end-to-end recruitment for tech, engineering, sales, marketing, product, and operations roles
- • Strong leadership and team-development skills with ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders
- • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in TA analytics, ATS/CRM tools, and dashboard reporting
