- • As the Manager of Technical Support for Delinea’s EMEA region, you will lead a team of Support Engineers responsible for delivering world-class technical assistance to enterprise customers, ensuring rapid resolution of complex platform issues while upholding the company’s 99.995% uptime commitment and reputation for intelligent identity security.
- • You will drive operational excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs, conducting post-mortems on critical escalations, and implementing process improvements using frameworks like ITIL and Six Sigma to enhance service quality, reduce resolution times, and align support outcomes with customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- • You will act as a strategic liaison between customers and internal teams — including engineering, product, and executive leadership — by translating technical issues into actionable insights, presenting executive-facing reports, and advocating for resource allocation to resolve systemic challenges and improve the customer experience.
- • You will cultivate a high-performing, motivated team through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning that empowers engineers to reach their full potential while maintaining Delinea’s core values of Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, and Global.
- • You will represent Delinea at the highest levels by engaging with in-region and global executives, conducting onsite customer visits when necessary, and demonstrating the company’s commitment to proactive, partnership-driven support that strengthens long-term customer relationships and reinforces Delinea’s position as a trusted leader in identity security.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS degree or equivalent; BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
- • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise customer support organization, with at least 5 years of direct personnel management experience
- • Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written); proficiency in a second language is advantageous
- • Strong technical aptitude in Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SSO, SAML, *Nix systems, and MDM concepts
- • Prior experience with Delinea products is a significant advantage
