- • The Strategic Programs Lead - User Communications, Advocacy & Escalations is a pivotal role within Stripe’s Risk Operations Enablement team, driving end-to-end execution of large-scale risk and regulatory initiatives that impact Stripe’s largest users globally. This role ensures users can seamlessly meet evolving compliance standards through strategic communication, escalation management, and cross-functional enablement.
- • Day to day, the person will drive execution of user-facing work for regulatory programs, handle executive-level customer escalations, define and manage global user communication strategies, partner with Product, PMM, Content, TPM, and Ops teams on messaging alignment, deliver GTM enablement through training and playbooks, and lead cross-functional coordination to unblock dependencies and ensure timely execution of risk initiatives.
- • The Risk Operations Enablement team partners across Risk, Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to enable users to meet compliance standards in a complex regulatory landscape. As an enablement function, the team focuses on Program Management, Communications, User Escalations, User Advocacy, and GTM Engagement, working with senior leaders to drive clarity and execution on high-impact global projects.
- • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in global risk and regulatory program management, refine executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills, build scalable enablement models for GTM teams, and gain visibility into Stripe’s most critical user-facing initiatives — positioning them for leadership in operations, program management, or user advocacy at scale.
