📋 Description
- • Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of a digital portfolio comprising four distinct company websites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
- • Own all aspects of the web ecosystem including site architecture, content strategy, user experience, performance metrics, and technical integrity across all properties.
- • Translate business goals into actionable web initiatives that directly increase user engagement, lead quality, and revenue generation across the digital portfolio.
- • Manage and mentor a dedicated Senior Web Developer and an SEO Manager, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align web initiatives with broader organizational priorities.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive web performance dashboards using analytics tools to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and lead attribution.
- • Oversee website content updates, UX improvements, and A/B testing programs to continuously enhance user experience and drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Ensure all websites comply with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and evolving web technologies to maintain high search rankings and user satisfaction.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors, agencies, and platform providers related to web infrastructure, hosting, CMS, and analytics tools.
- • Conduct regular audits of website performance, security, and compliance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- • Prioritize and manage the web roadmap based on business impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
- • Communicate web performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven insights and clear visual reporting.
- • Stay current with industry trends in web design, digital marketing, user behavior, and emerging technologies to inform innovation and competitive advantage.
- • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives such as landing page campaigns, form optimizations, and integration of CRM or marketing automation tools with web platforms.
- • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all websites while adapting content to audience-specific needs and regional requirements.
- • Drive accountability for website uptime, speed, mobile responsiveness, and security protocols to maintain optimal user experience and minimize technical disruptions.
