  • • Lead and manage complex performance improvement projects within the Care Transitions (CT) pillar of BRG's Clinical Performance Improvement (CPI) service line, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful client solutions.
  • • Drive significant client value by leveraging advanced analytics, deep industry expertise, and strategic recommendations to address critical challenges in healthcare operations and patient care.
  • • Oversee and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes sustainable improvements across the entire care continuum, from acute care to post-acute settings.
  • • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the Care Transitions domain, providing specialized knowledge and guidance on optimizing patient flow, reducing avoidable days, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for smaller-scale projects, independently managing all aspects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and BRG's methodologies.
  • • Implement client deliverables created by yourself or other SMEs, ensuring successful integration into client operations and achieving desired performance outcomes.
  • • Lead performance improvement work teams in the development of future-state processes, empowering them to identify inefficiencies and design innovative solutions.
  • • Independently engage with clients and executives at various levels, effectively communicating project progress, advancing deliverables, and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • • Independently create compelling client-facing materials, including detailed slide decks, reports, and other documentation, to clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
  • • Mentor, develop, and coach junior staff members assigned to your projects, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their successful contribution to client engagements.
  • • Serve as a "buddy" for new managing consultants or junior staff, providing guidance and support during their onboarding period, and contribute to ongoing mentorship and coaching initiatives.
  • • Proactively manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion, while identifying opportunities for additional client support.
  • • Contribute to the internal advancement of BRG by actively participating in work teams, task forces, and other firm-wide initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • • Effectively utilize non-productive time for professional continuing education, skill development, and contributing to the firm's intellectual capital through thought leadership.
  • • Develop and disseminate thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, presentations, and podcasts, to enhance BRG's brand and establish yourself as a recognized expert in the field of clinical performance improvement and care transitions.
  • • Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work across different service lines within BRG as directed, contributing to a versatile and integrated service delivery model.
  • • Serve as an interim leader for clients in your area of subject matter expertise, providing temporary leadership and driving critical initiatives within their organizations.
  • • Analyze data, identify root causes of performance issues, and develop data-driven solutions to improve patient care quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • • Collaborate closely with clinical and ancillary leaders within client organizations to understand their challenges and co-create effective improvement strategies.
  • • Actively participate in and lead throughput initiatives, focusing on enhancing process improvement and optimizing patient flow throughout the healthcare system.
  • • Ensure timely and accurate submission of expense reports and time entries, adhering to BRG's administrative policies.
  • • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new opportunities within existing client relationships and supporting proposal development.
  • • Understand and apply BRG's consulting methodologies and best practices to all client engagements, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • • Adapt to various working environments, including professional office settings, client facilities, and remote/home offices, while maintaining high levels of productivity and client satisfaction.
  • • Travel up to 80% of the time, as dictated by project needs and client requirements, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to on-site engagement.
  • • Adhere to client-specific vaccination requirements, such as seasonal influenza or COVID-19 vaccinations, as a condition of engagement.
