  • • Own the entire P&L for SetSales across Northern Europe, translating a bold vision into an executable 3-year strategic roadmap that will double our community to 8,000+ members and triple event revenue within 24 months.
  • • Lead, inspire and scale a high-octane team of 25+ young commercial talents (sales, marketing, ops, partnerships) through weekly OKR sprints, monthly board-style reviews and quarterly off-sites in inspiring European capitals.
  • • Architect and execute a data-driven expansion playbook: identify the next 5 high-growth markets, negotiate venue contracts, secure headline sponsors and deliver sold-out conferences that become the must-attend calendar fixture for every sales leader in the region.
  • • Act as the external face of SetSales—keynote at flagship events, host C-level roundtables, appear on industry podcasts and close strategic partnerships with Salesforce, HubSpot and other category-defining brands to cement our thought-leadership position.
  • • Build and continuously refine a best-in-class member experience: from hyper-curated networking dinners to invite-only Slack channels, ensuring NPS stays above 70 and churn below 5 %.
  • • Instil a culture of experimentation: launch new digital revenue streams (subscription reports, virtual masterclasses, executive masterminds) and rapidly iterate based on member feedback and unit-economics.
  • • Partner with United Media’s sister companies to cross-sell, bundle and co-produce events, unlocking incremental revenue and shared customer insights across insurance, HR, private equity and retail verticals.
  • • Own the annual budget (€4-6 M) and cash-flow forecasting; negotiate with suppliers, sponsors and investors to protect margin while delivering unforgettable experiences.
  • • Champion diversity and inclusion: set ambitious targets for speaker line-ups and internal hiring, ensuring SetSales reflects the markets we serve.
  • • Leverage cutting-edge martech and CRM to automate lead nurture, personalise outreach and turn every touchpoint into a revenue opportunity.
  • • Report directly to the CEO & founder, presenting growth dashboards, risk assessments and strategic pivots in concise, board-ready formats every month.
  • • Travel 25-30 % of the year—whether it’s scouting a rooftop venue in Stockholm, closing a sponsorship in London or surprising members with an exclusive dinner in Berlin.
  • • Leave a legacy: within 18 months you will have built a self-sustaining leadership team and documented processes so that SetSales can scale to 20,000 members without losing its entrepreneurial soul.
