• • As a Manhattan ACTIVE SCALE WMS Consultant at Fulfillment IQ (FIQ), you will be at the forefront of transforming logistics technology, playing a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• • You will serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of functional areas within SCALE WMS, including Inbound processes, Outbound operations, Inventory Management, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), to address the unique business activity requirements of our diverse clientele.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and actively participate in SCALE WMS design, configuration, and full-cycle implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
• • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with client teams throughout the software design process. You will be instrumental in understanding their business requirements, identifying and resolving issues, and managing changes to existing functionalities, contributing to both architecture and development efforts.
• • You will be responsible for meticulously documenting all facets of the system. This includes creating User Requirements Specifications (URS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, application configurations, and comprehensive test scenarios, all adhering to FIQ's internal procedures.
• • This role requires you to act as a central point of coordination for problem resolution, working effectively with multiple external vendors involved in integrated systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Packing, and Conveyor systems.
• • You will facilitate and provide robust support for both functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, ensuring the system meets client expectations and operational needs.
• • A critical part of your contribution will be troubleshooting operational and technical issues that arise within the SCALE WMS and its various integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• • You will be a key driver of operational efficiency, identifying and implementing improvements through a combination of people, process, and technology enhancements.
• • You will also coordinate directly with Manhattan Associates' development and support teams when necessary, acting as a liaison to resolve complex issues and leverage vendor expertise.
