📋 Description

• As a Manufacturing Production Project Manager at The Global Talent Co., you will be the linchpin for ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of physical products to market. This is a critical, hands-on role where your primary responsibility is to own, manage, and meticulously track all manufacturing and production timelines across a diverse portfolio of products and their various iterations. • Your day-to-day will involve a deep dive into project management, acting as the single owner responsible for the intricate web of manufacturing schedules. This requires a proactive and execution-first mindset, where your diligence prevents any detail from falling through the cracks. You will be instrumental in managing a constant flow of inputs from various internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and operations teams. Your ability to translate often fragmented or high-level notes into clear, actionable tasks will be paramount.
• A significant part of your role will involve translating these internal requirements into precise, written communication for external manufacturing partners. This demands exceptional clarity and attention to detail to avoid misinterpretations and ensure alignment. You will be expected to follow up consistently and persistently with these manufacturers, confirming progress, understanding any changes to timelines or specifications, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation are core to this position. You will be tasked with anticipating potential issues, delays, missing information, or any other blockers that could impede the production schedule. When timelines are genuinely at risk or critical information is missing, you will be responsible for escalating these issues to the appropriate internal parties, providing clear context and proposed solutions.
• Building and maintaining robust, reliable systems for production tracking and documentation is essential. This includes developing and refining spreadsheets, databases, or other tracking tools to ensure all information is clean, accurate, and easily accessible. You will be the custodian of this data, ensuring that all decisions, updates, and changes are clearly recorded and readily available for review by the wider team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or production coordination.
• Exceptional organizational skills with proven personal systems for tracking complex tasks and workflows.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities, with a knack for translating technical or fragmented information into clear, actionable instructions.
• Demonstrated experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) and/or database/documentation tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion) for tracking and reporting.
• A proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Comfort and confidence in persistently following up with both internal teams and external partners to ensure progress and accountability.
