  • • As a Market Development Representative (MDR) at Henry Schein ONE, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our innovative business solutions and services.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with prospective clients through outbound telesales efforts, identifying their needs and qualifying them as sales-ready leads for our Account Executive team.
  • • You will be instrumental in promoting awareness of Henry Schein ONE's offerings and actively soliciting attendance and registrations for crucial industry events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences, thereby expanding our market reach and engagement.
  • • Leveraging provided targeted customer lists from Sales Management and Marketing, you will conduct outbound calls to both existing Henry Schein ONE clients and net-new prospects, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • • A key performance indicator for this role will be your ability to consistently meet and exceed daily call volume expectations, aiming for a minimum of 65-85 calls per day.
  • • Within these calls, you will strive to hold at least 15 meaningful conversations, demonstrating your skill in engaging potential clients and uncovering their business challenges.
  • • Your success will be measured by your ability to generate a minimum of 7 scheduled sales opportunities each day, directly contributing to the sales team's pipeline and overall company objectives.
  • • You will be tasked with deeply understanding the unique needs of dental practices and expertly connecting them with the most suitable Henry Schein ONE software solutions, thereby creating high-quality, relevant sales opportunities.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role involves delivering valuable insights into our software solution suites, effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition to both prospects and existing clients.
  • • To ensure alignment with our sales targets, you will be expected to create detailed business plans that facilitate the attainment of monthly and quarterly sales goals, demonstrating strategic thinking and proactive planning.
