  • • As a pivotal member of the Vend Park team, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, the Market Expansion Executive - East Coast will be instrumental in shaping and executing our sales strategy across the entire Eastern United States. This role is designed for a driven individual contributor who also possesses the leadership acumen to combine strategic foresight with hands-on sales execution. Your primary mission will be to capture new business and aggressively expand our market presence in key strategic territories.
  • • You will be responsible for forging robust client relationships and cultivating strategic partnerships. This involves deeply understanding the needs of commercial real estate owners and operators, and effectively positioning Vend Park as the indispensable partner for enhancing property value through innovative parking technology. Your ability to articulate complex technological solutions in a clear, compelling manner will be key to building trust and securing long-term engagements.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves crafting and implementing targeted go-to-market plans for new and existing regions. These plans will be designed to deliver tangible value to premium commercial assets, showcasing the unique benefits of Vend Park's platform. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic, cross-functional team, contributing to the continuous innovation of our sales processes and the optimization of our overall go-to-market strategy. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in refining our approach and ensuring we remain agile and responsive to market dynamics.
  • • You will meticulously own and manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to closing deals. This includes providing regular, insightful updates to leadership on pipeline status, key opportunities, and sales forecasts, thereby driving the business forward with data-driven decision-making. You will also collaborate closely with leadership to develop and refine sales strategies aimed at accelerating growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • • Proactive prospecting will be a critical component of your success. You will employ sophisticated prospecting tools and proven techniques to identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations. The goal is to schedule impactful pitch meetings where you can effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Vend Park and address the specific challenges faced by potential clients.
  • • This role requires a willingness to travel to key regions across the East Coast, up to 20% of the time. This travel will be essential for meeting prospects face-to-face, conducting site visits, closing significant deals, and building the strong, lasting partnerships that are the foundation of Vend Park's success. These in-person interactions are crucial for understanding client environments and solidifying relationships.
  • • Beyond direct sales, you will act as an ambassador for Vend Park, representing the company at industry events and building brand awareness. You will stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the proptech and parking sectors to ensure Vend Park maintains its competitive edge.
