- • As the Market Launch Operations Leader at Wonder Technologies, Inc., you will spearhead the company’s expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth market by owning the end-to-end New Restaurant Opening (NRO) process, ensuring each location launches on time, on budget, and with flawless execution that upholds Wonder’s commitment to quality, variety, and customer experience.
- • You will develop and refine Wonder’s NRO strategy in alignment with company growth objectives, partnering with cross-functional teams in operations, training, supply chain, marketing, and development to coordinate seamless store launches while proactively identifying and mitigating risks before and during openings.
- • You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing NRO team by building training programs for managers and trainers, partnering with regional leadership to recruit and onboard top talent, and providing ongoing coaching to field operations teams to ensure long-term success post-launch.
- • You will oversee supply chain logistics, site preparation, and quality control measures to guarantee timely delivery of equipment, ingredients, and uniforms, while implementing standardized processes that maintain consistency and adherence to Wonder’s high operational and food safety standards across new locations.
- • You will analyze post-opening performance metrics, KPIs, and financial data to drive continuous improvement, provide strategic recommendations for optimization, and implement corrective action plans for underperforming stores to enhance guest satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue.
- • You will design and execute best-in-class training programs for new team members, ensuring alignment with Wonder’s brand standards and operational requirements, and use insights from newly opened locations to refine future onboarding and training processes for scalability.
- • You will manage pre-opening budgets and NRO-related expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver regular financial and operational reports to leadership, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising quality or service excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations, with at least 3+ years leading new store openings or multi-unit expansions in a high-growth environment.
- • Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale operational plans, manage multiple store openings simultaneously, and oversee end-to-end NRO timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- • Strong project management, leadership, and team-building skills, with experience mentoring teams, developing training programs, and collaborating across departments including operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
- • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and customer service excellence, coupled with strong financial acumen for budget management and cost optimization.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- • Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%) to oversee new store openings across multiple regions, with preference for candidates based in or local to Dallas, Texas.
