Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • The Market Launch & Operations Project Manager is the execution engine behind ANNA’s expansion into new markets, serving as a project-management-forward right hand for the CEO and partnering closely with the Implementation Director to open and sustain new centers through acquisitions or de novo builds.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning project plans and timelines across concurrent workstreams, running operating cadences (status updates, risk flags, dependency management), coordinating cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, People Operations, vendors), building repeatable playbooks for market launches and integrations, and handling ambiguous, time-bounded tasks from leadership.
- • The person will also support hiring first clinicians, coordinate real estate and buildout operations, manage vendor contracts and integrations for acquired clinics, maintain live market operations (licensing, credentialing, renewals), and take on operational projects without clear ownership such as vendor onboarding, SOP cleanup, and ad-hoc research.
- • As a right hand to the CEO, the role includes translating priorities into tracked workstreams, prepping leadership for meetings with pre-reads and action items, building dashboards and lightweight reporting, and providing light coordination and scheduling support with judgment on what to handle or escalate.
- • The role emphasizes AI-native workflow building: using Claude daily for project plans, status updates, research, and communications; building Claude Projects, Cowork workspaces, and reusable prompts; identifying manual steps to automate via MCP, Asana, SharePoint; and documenting workflows as a owned product to improve over time.
- • ANNA is a high-growth, US-based startup providing ABA services to young autistic children using a neurodiversity-affirming NDBI approach, operating centers in Massachusetts and scaling rapidly through acquisitions and new center builds, with a mission to build the operational backbone of a modern autism care company.
- • The person can learn to lead complex market launches end-to-end, master AI-driven operational automation at scale, gain deep exposure to healthcare operations and M&A integration in a high-growth startup, and become a trusted executive operator who leverages AI to multiply impact across clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in project management, program coordination, business operations, operations, or chief-of-staff and PMO-style support at a fast-paced company
- • Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent projects to deadline with minimal oversight, with strong organizational and tracking discipline
- • Strong daily, hands-on use of generative AI tools (Claude preferred; ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot acceptable) beyond casual use; ability to discuss concrete workflows built
- • Excellent written English; clean, warm, professional communication on email, Slack, and async docs
- • Proven ability to work full-time US Eastern hours (approx. 9pm – 6am Philippine Time) and a stable, reliable home work setup
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base salary of $24,000 – $38,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience
- • Flexible PTO; US holidays observed
- • Fully remote role based in the Philippines, working US Eastern Time hours
- • Opportunity to build and own a library of AI-native workflows using Claude, MCP, Asana, and SharePoint as a force multiplier for operational execution
- • Direct exposure to CEO and leadership team, acting as a trusted right hand in driving strategic priorities and market launches
