• • The Operations Coordinator at Alan SAS plays a vital role in delivering seamless insurance and health services across France, Belgium, and Spain by running and improving operational processes that directly impact member satisfaction and company efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves operating core services such as claims reimbursement, fraud detection, provider network management, and customer onboarding; monitoring performance against SLAs; identifying risks and improvement opportunities; supervising external partners; performing quality controls; and escalating feedback to drive process enhancements.
• • Alan is a vertically integrated health partner uniting insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over a million members across multiple countries with a mission to make prevention the norm and help people live in good health to 100.
