📋 Description

• • As a Sr Program Manager I - Implementation at Alkami Technology, you will lead and manage new logo implementation programs, guiding customers through each stage of the product lifecycle to ensure successful onboarding and long-term success on Alkami’s digital sales and service platform for U.S. banks and credit unions.
• • You will develop and maintain program and project schedules, coordinate with functional project managers, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and overseeing the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• • You will join Alkami’s Customer Experience Group, a remote-first, high-growth FinTech company recognized for its award-winning culture, innovation, and commitment to employee growth, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver seamless client experiences.
• • In this role, you will drive process improvements, mentor junior team members, lead strategic initiatives, and gain deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations while contributing to Alkami’s mission of enabling anticipatory banking through data-informed technology.
