- • As the Marketing AI & Automation Manager at Statista GmbH, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing our marketing strategies by designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven, AI-powered improvements across our entire marketing systems and technology stack.
- • This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can collaborate seamlessly with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to transform complex customer funnels into scalable, automated experiences.
- • Your primary objective will be to empower our teams to experiment more effectively and accelerate growth through intelligent automation and AI integration.
- • You will drive the design and successful rollout of innovative AI-driven automation use cases that span across Marketing, Sales, and Product departments. Examples include advanced lead enrichment processes, AI-assisted content generation, and sophisticated predictive segmentation, all developed in close partnership with our Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams.
- • A key responsibility will be the in-depth analysis and continuous optimization of the entire lead-to-customer funnel. Working collaboratively with CRM, Sales, and Product teams, you will identify and address bottlenecks, aiming to significantly reduce drop-off rates, enhance lead qualification accuracy, and boost customer activation.
- • You will co-own the strategic evolution of our lead scoring model. This involves defining new, impactful behavioral, firmographic, and product-usage signals, and rigorously validating their impact on conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.
- • Partnering closely with UX/UI designers, Marketing specialists, and Data scientists, you will design and meticulously evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across critical touchpoints such as landing pages and lead ingestion flows.
- • The insights derived from these experiments will be translated into actionable, reusable patterns and comprehensive playbooks to ensure consistent and effective optimization across the board.
- • You will be instrumental in building intelligent, consent-aware “journey enablement” components. These will include sophisticated segments, dynamic decision trees, and customizable templates, empowering the CRM and Sales automation teams to deploy and manage complex, always-on lifecycle journeys at scale.
- • Leveraging a suite of advanced analytics tools, you will proactively identify performance bottlenecks, accurately measure the impact of automation initiatives, and feed these critical insights directly into the marketing technology and systems roadmap, as well as the broader product strategy.
- • This will be done in close alignment with the Engineering team to ensure data quality, robust instrumentation, and seamless integration of all marketing technology solutions.
- • Your work will directly contribute to Statista's mission of empowering people worldwide to make fact-based decisions by ensuring our marketing efforts are as efficient, intelligent, and data-driven as the platform itself.
- • You will champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, encouraging bold ideas and translating them into measurable impact across our global marketing ecosystem.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing automation, blending cutting-edge AI with privacy-first principles to create smarter, more efficient customer journeys.
- • You will be a key player in a dynamic, international team that values diversity, curiosity, and a shared commitment to data-driven excellence.
