- • The Marketing AI Engineer & Program Manager is a critical operations leadership role responsible for ensuring marketing programs, campaigns, and deliverables move efficiently from intake to impact, blending agency-style traffic management, marketing program oversight, and AI-powered workflow automation to align priorities, optimize resources, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- • Day to day, the person will partner closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive clarity, accountability, and results across Marketing’s portfolio, managing intake, prioritization, execution tracking, and reporting while leveraging AI to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- • Operating in a fast-paced, global SaaS FinTech environment at Emburse Inc., a leader in travel and expense solutions creating technology that drives business value and inspires extraordinary results through AI-powered platforms that modernize financial operations and optimize spend.
- • The person can learn and achieve mastery in AI-driven marketing operations, program management at scale in a global FinTech context, stakeholder alignment with executive leadership, and measurable impact on marketing ROI through automation and data-informed decision-making.
