- • At Twilio, we are at the forefront of shaping the future of communications, enabling hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide to create personalized customer experiences. Our commitment to a remote-first work environment, coupled with a strong culture of connection and global inclusion, ensures that every team member, regardless of location, is part of a dynamic and diverse team making a significant global impact. We believe that your career at Twilio is in your hands, offering opportunities for continuous learning and rewarding experiences.
- • We leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance the efficiency, fairness, and transparency of our hiring process. However, automation never dictates the final decision; every hiring choice is made by real Twilions, maintaining a human-centric approach throughout.
- • Join Twilio as our next Marketing Analyst Intern, focusing on Employer Brand. This role is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the intersection of marketing, compelling storytelling, and strategic talent acquisition. Our mission is to help the right individuals discover Twilio, understand our vibrant culture, and envision themselves building their careers with us.
- • Your primary contribution will be transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for tracking performance across various channels, identifying what resonates most effectively with potential candidates, and establishing the foundational reporting that will guide our employer branding strategy. This internship is designed for you to not just observe, but actively influence how we measure success across the entire Employer Brand function.
- • If you possess a passion for analytics, excel at organizing complex information into clear, understandable formats, and are eager to see your work directly influence significant business decisions, this role is an excellent fit for you.
- • In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in several key areas:
- • **Channel Assessment:** You will evaluate the data generated from each marketing channel, developing and implementing a structured methodology for data collection. This includes defining and meticulously documenting key Employer Brand metrics and identifying reliable data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- • **Metrics & Tracking Infrastructure:** You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a robust and sustainable tracking system, potentially utilizing tools like Airtable or advanced Excel spreadsheets. A crucial part of this will be creating leadership-ready outputs that can be readily incorporated into Employer Brand and Talent Acquisition (TA) forums, ensuring seamless communication of performance data. You will also be responsible for upholding data consistency and maintaining high standards of reporting hygiene.
- • **Measurement & Analysis:** You will establish a foundational understanding of Employer Brand performance across our priority channels. This involves diligently tracking awareness, engagement, and behavioral signals, and then synthesizing these observations into actionable insights. You will identify the top-performing channels, content formats, and thematic content that resonate most with our target audience. Furthermore, you will analyze emerging trends and directional performance, providing critical context and foresight. A key aspect of this will be partnering closely with members of the Employer Brand and TA teams to validate these insights and ensure strategic alignment.
- • **Cross-Team Support:** As an intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the Twilio intern program, actively contributing to intern community engagement initiatives. You will also provide essential support for employer brand operations across various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever your skills are most valuable.
- • This internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you can apply your analytical skills to real-world marketing challenges, contributing directly to Twilio's talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and strategic marketing within a leading technology company.
