- • As a Marketing Analytics Manager at Solace Corporation, you will serve as the connective tissue between performance marketing and the data team, owning the measurement infrastructure that powers growth decisions and ensuring every marketing dollar drives meaningful patient acquisition and lifetime value.
- • You will manage cross-functional projects by translating business needs into analytical briefs, prioritizing the analytics backlog with marketing leadership, and communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will maintain and improve the internal attribution model, design and own incrementality and holdout testing frameworks, and build toward a full Marketing Mix Model (MMM) to provide leadership with clear visibility into budget allocation impact across channels and geographies.
