- • Dyson Limited, a globally recognized premium technology and design brand, seeks a Marketing Apprentice to support its French marketing and retail teams in executing product and media strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
- • This apprenticeship offers two distinct tracks: a 6-month internship or 1-year alternance in Product Marketing (focusing on Beauty or Home categories), or a mandatory 6-month paid media internship, providing hands-on experience in launching and optimizing campaigns across offline and digital channels within a high-performance, innovation-driven environment.
- • As part of the Product Marketing track, you will support product teams in animating and executing the French marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global guidelines while adapting content for local market relevance through creative briefs, translations, and technical product sheets.
- • You will manage end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including coordinating 360° product launches with cross-functional stakeholders (CRM, Media, Digital, Retail, Sales, PR, Influence), overseeing agency partnerships for content development and media execution, and tracking customer experience consistency across all touchpoints to reinforce brand integrity.
- • In the Media track, you will collaborate with media and marketing teams to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, acting as the primary liaison with external media agencies, monitoring campaign calendars, and contributing insights from performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- • You will conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis, monitoring trends in media, retail, and product landscapes to anticipate threats and inform strategic adjustments, while measuring campaign effectiveness through KPIs and ROI evaluation to refine future marketing efforts.
- • This role emphasizes data-informed decision-making, creative collaboration, and operational excellence, offering apprentices exposure to Dyson’s rigorous standards for innovation, brand consistency, and customer-centric marketing in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (for alternance) or eligible for a mandatory 6-month internship convention (for media track).
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to adapt marketing content for local audiences while respecting global brand guidelines.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with media planning tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights).
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional projects, and follow detailed timelines with attention to detail and ownership.
- • Passion for technology, design, and innovation, with a keen interest in consumer behavior, market trends, and how premium brands build loyalty through experience.
- • Eligibility to work in France; visa sponsorship not provided for this role.
