- • As a Marketing Associate at Sprig, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the company’s innovative AI-native experience research platform to market by supporting the execution of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role is essential to scaling Sprig’s presence among leading product-driven companies like Notion, Figma, and Coinbase, ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered with precision and impact.
- • You will help plan and execute marketing programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels, coordinating logistics for field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences while supporting webinars, virtual programming, and practitioner-focused gatherings such as happy hours and meetups. Your work will directly contribute to creating meaningful touchpoints with enterprise audiences and fostering community engagement around Sprig’s mission.
- • You will assist with campaign launches by managing marketing assets, communications, and timelines, and oversee direct mail and gifting initiatives tied to enterprise marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and operations to align on goals, troubleshoot challenges, and measure program effectiveness.
- • The Marketing team at Sprig is a dynamic, mission-driven group focused on redefining how companies understand and act on customer insights. You’ll work closely with the Events & Field Marketing Lead and the Director of Enterprise Marketing, gaining exposure to strategic B2B marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment backed by strong investor support and rapid ARR expansion.
- • In this role, you’ll develop hands-on expertise in event marketing, campaign execution, community building, and enterprise marketing operations—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across the tech industry. You’ll have the opportunity to own end-to-end program components, sharpen your project management abilities, and grow into a more strategic marketing contributor as Sprig scales toward $100M ARR.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, community engagement, program coordination, or business development
- • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- • Interest in events, community building, and enterprise marketing
- • Experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and travel up to 10%
