📋 Description

• This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• The Marketing Associate will provide operational support across multiple marketing initiatives, including content coordination, social media, website management, email marketing, vendor communication, and administrative marketing tasks.
• The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and external partners to ensure campaigns, property listings, digital assets, and marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• The Marketing Associate will coordinate with YouTube vendors, complete Compass Luxury Google Forms, and review marketing materials before distribution.
• The Marketing Associate will draft social media posts, curate images and captions, and prepare weekly blog content for scheduling and publication.
• The Marketing Associate will update property pages, add property videos and thumbnails, and publish customer testimonials.
• The Marketing Associate will prepare requests for property newsletters and email marketing campaigns, organize campaign assets, and coordinate with internal teams.
• The Marketing Associate will request and organize closing photos, upload and organize marketing assets, and add completed listings to the company website.
• The Marketing Associate will support marketing operations with administrative tasks as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing support, marketing operations, or a related role.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners.
• Experience supporting social media initiatives.
• Experience updating websites or working within CMS platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns.
