- • As a Marketing Attribution Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between marketing execution and data integrity, ensuring that every marketing dollar is tracked, measured, and optimized with precision to drive smarter, data-informed decisions that directly impact business growth and small business owner success.
- • You will own and evolve Relay’s end-to-end marketing tracking infrastructure—from front-end pixels and UTM governance to back-end event data in HubSpot, GA4, and Segment—ensuring clean, reliable, and consistent data flows that empower the Growth Marketing team to trust their insights and act with confidence.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Metabase and Google Sheets/Excel to surface campaign performance, funnel trends, and ROI signals; conduct deep-dive analyses to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership; and partner with Engineering and Data teams to debug, test, and deploy tracking updates across web and mobile environments.
- • You will lead attribution strategy by managing multi-touch attribution models and mixed media modelling efforts, refining UTM tagging standards across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social, and ensuring event tracking aligns with business objectives to optimize channel investment and improve marketing effectiveness.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Growth, Engineering, Data, and Marketing—to evolve Relay’s analytics stack, advocate for data quality improvements, and translate technical findings into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions at the leadership level.
- • You will operate in a hybrid work environment (Tues–Thurs in-office) within a mission-driven, fast-paced culture that values autonomy, ownership, and relentless reinvention—where your curiosity, detail-orientation, and problem-solving mindset are not just welcomed but essential to unlocking impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern marketing data stacks, gain hands-on experience with advanced attribution methodologies, and become a trusted advisor who shapes how Relay measures, learns from, and scales its growth—directly contributing to the mission of helping self-made business owners turn hard work into lasting success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth operations, or a technical marketing role within a fast-moving tech environment
- • Hands-on proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, HubSpot tracking, and paid media tagging (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- • Fluency in SQL, BI tools (Metabase or Tableau), and advanced spreadsheet analysis; ability to trace data issues across front-end and back-end systems
- • Experience with data pipeline tools like Segment or similar; understanding of end-to-end marketing data flow
- • Proven experience supporting multi-touch attribution or mixed media modelling to inform channel investment decisions
