Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth for Instinct Science’s suite of veterinary software solutions. You will translate business objectives into data-driven campaign strategies that span the entire buyer’s journey—from first touch to closed-won—leveraging email, paid social, digital advertising, events, publications, associations, and partner channels.
- • Architect quarterly campaign calendars that balance immediate revenue needs with long-term brand building. You will map content and tactics to each stage of the funnel, ensuring that veterinarians, practice managers, and hospital executives receive the right message at the right moment. Your plans will integrate thought-leadership assets, product announcements, customer stories, and ABM plays targeting top accounts in our ICP.
- • Collaborate daily with Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and external subject-matter experts to co-create compelling campaign assets—landing pages, nurture emails, ad copy, webinar decks, and sales enablement kits—that resonate with veterinary professionals and differentiate Instinct in a competitive market.
- • Build, test, and optimize multi-touch email nurtures, automated workflows, and lead-scoring models inside HubSpot. You will continuously A/B test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and creative to lift open rates, click-through rates, and SQL conversion while maintaining CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
- • Manage a six-figure paid media budget across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry publications. You will set up granular tracking via UTMs and conversion pixels, monitor cost-per-lead and ROAS in real time, and reallocate spend to the highest-performing audiences, keywords, and creative.
- • Produce monthly performance dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, sales, and customer success. You will surface what’s working (e.g., a webinar series driving 40 % of pipeline) and prescribe iterative improvements (e.g., refresh ad creative every 30 days to combat fatigue).
- • Coordinate 10–12 virtual and in-person events per year, including VMX, WVC, and regional VMA meetings. You will manage pre-event promotion, on-site logistics, post-event follow-up sequences, and ROI analysis, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces Instinct’s CARE values and brand identity.
- • Serve as the internal evangelist for modern demand-gen best practices—ABM, intent data, conversational marketing, and AI-driven personalization—educating teammates and stakeholders on how emerging tactics can expand our reach within the 30,000+ veterinary practices in North America.
- • Maintain a rigorous project-management cadence, using Asana or similar tools to track campaign milestones, creative approvals, and launch dates. You will run weekly stand-ups with designers, copywriters, and developers to keep deliverables on schedule and quality bar high.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation and psychological safety. Whether you’re proposing a bold new creative angle or questioning historical assumptions, you will model Instinct’s value of “Acting with Grace, Not Teeth,” ensuring feedback is constructive and every voice is heard.
🎯 Requirements

- • Demonstrated success collaborating with sales and SDR teams to convert MQLs into closed-won deals
- • Strong analytical skills—comfortable manipulating data in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to optimize spend and performance
- • Exceptional project-management and communication skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders without missing deadlines
- • Veterinary industry or healthcare SaaS experience strongly preferred
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary of $85,000–$115,000 plus performance bonuses
