📋 Description

• The Marketing Communications & Media Manager leads advertising and media strategy, planning, and budget management to maximize brand impact and business growth for Platinum Performance, a Zoetis subsidiary specializing in equine and pet nutritional supplements.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated multi-channel media plans, managing advertising budgets, overseeing creative asset production, collaborating with cross-functional teams (E-Comm, Sales, Insights/Analytics, Legal/Regulatory), optimizing campaign performance using data and AI/ML-informed approaches, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the brand at industry events.
• The role sits within the marketing team at Platinum Performance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zoetis, working closely with brand, portfolio, sales, and insights teams to deliver measurable results aligned with strategic objectives and brand standards in the animal health and nutrition space.
• The person in this role will develop expertise in media strategy, budget optimization, audience segmentation, and performance analytics while contributing to the growth of premium animal health brands and gaining experience in a mission-driven organization committed to veterinary science and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media planning/buying, or integrated brand/agency roles
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel media plans and budgets with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading creative development and asset management across digital and offline channels
• Strong project management skills including timelines, scope, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable quality
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns

🏖️ Benefits

• US base salary range of $93,000.00 - $140,000.00
