- • Become the operational backbone of OpenTable's international B2B marketing efforts, playing a pivotal role in bridging global strategy with localized execution. This role is designed to be the 'engine room,' driving critical marketing initiatives forward and ensuring seamless delivery across diverse markets.
- • Take ownership of the end-to-end localization workflow for sales collateral, meticulously managing handovers from the centralized team, ensuring flawless post-localization formatting, and driving the crucial QA and approval processes with Market Managers. Your attention to detail will be paramount in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our sales materials.
- • Act as the guardian of our sales portal, maintaining its organization and ensuring all localized content is consistently up-to-date, easily accessible, and readily available for our global sales teams. This involves proactive content management and a commitment to information accuracy.
- • Oversee the technical localization of creative assets essential for Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and product launches, including intricate product screens and compelling visual content. Your role will be key in ensuring that our marketing materials are perfectly adapted for each target market.
- • Facilitate efficient internal reviews of marketing assets, skillfully consolidating feedback from various stakeholders to guarantee that all content is not only brand-compliant but also fully market-ready and optimized for launch.
- • Build and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, taking responsibility for the technical setup of templates within platforms like Marketo or SendGrid, and ensuring that all tracking mechanisms are correctly implemented for optimal performance analysis.
- • Manage website updates and enhancements using WordPress, and develop/edit landing pages to effectively support regional marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence for our restaurant partners.
- • Proactively audit and expand our testimonial database, collaborating closely with Market Managers to source and align compelling customer quotes with specific local market priorities, thereby strengthening our social proof and credibility.
- • Organize and maintain our international video assets, serving as the central point of truth for all video content, and provide essential support for Meta-related campaign tasks, ensuring our visual storytelling is cohesive and impactful.
- • Contribute to a global team within OpenTable, a leader in the restaurant technology space with a passion for helping restaurants thrive.
