📋 Description
- • Lead and scale Seqera’s demand generation and deal support engine as a player–coach marketing director in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment focused on measurable outcomes and ARR.
- • Own demand generation and pipeline impact end-to-end, including designing and executing programs for high-velocity deals (<$50K) and targeted ABM/nurture for mid-market and enterprise ($50K–$500K+), while personally leading initiatives in paid media, lifecycle marketing, website conversion, content, and experimentation.
- • Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Experience teams to align on ICPs, funnel definitions, handoffs, and forecasting, and translate open-source adoption and product-led growth into measurable business impact.
- • Build and scale a repeatable, multi-channel demand engine, optimize website and email programs, own events as a core demand channel, and contribute to marketing culture by improving processes, documenting best practices, supporting hiring, and mentoring the team to drive execution excellence.
