- • Momence, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive significant business growth. As a next-generation booking and communications platform for experience-based businesses such as yoga studios, gyms, salons, and spas, Momence empowers over 1,500 businesses with essential tools for scheduling, payments, communication, and backend automation. Our customer-facing app also connects tens of thousands of users with wellness experiences monthly. - • In this pivotal leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Momence's overall marketing strategy, aligning it directly with company growth and revenue objectives. You will oversee all facets of the marketing function, from strategic planning and execution to team leadership and performance analysis. This is a hands-on position with broad scope, encompassing demand generation, brand building, and ensuring seamless go-to-market alignment across departments.
- • You will inherit a talented and capable marketing team, including a Senior Performance Marketer, Content Marketing Manager, Brand Designer, and two Marketing Associates. Your mission will be to build upon the existing strong foundation, bringing clarity, focus, and exceptional execution to our marketing engine. This involves optimizing current successful channels, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and ultimately ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable business expansion.
- • Key responsibilities include owning the marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring it directly supports company growth and revenue targets. You will lead demand generation efforts across a spectrum of channels, including inbound marketing, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and the exploration of emerging acquisition avenues. A critical aspect of this role is fostering close collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to cultivate a robust and unified go-to-market motion.
- • You will be responsible for translating ambitious pipeline and growth targets into actionable marketing priorities, well-defined programs, and clear, measurable metrics. This includes strengthening Momence's brand positioning, refining our messaging to resonate with our target audience, and enhancing our overall market presence. Data-driven decision-making will be paramount; you will leverage analytics to continuously improve funnel performance, optimize channel efficiency, and inform strategic choices.
- • As a leader, you will mentor, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. You will play a key role in evolving the team's structure, defining clear ownership, and establishing effective operating rhythms as the company scales. Furthermore, you will represent the Marketing department as a strategic partner in executive-level and cross-functional discussions, contributing valuable insights and driving alignment.
- • The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, hands-on marketing leader who excels at bridging strategy with execution. You are adept at owning demand generation outcomes, shaping brand direction, and cultivating strong cross-functional partnerships. Prior experience in B2B SaaS and growth-stage environments is highly valued, as is a passion for building upon existing successes and elevating a marketing function to its next level of achievement.
