- • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies through data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation to drive marketing performance across Club programs.
- • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement in targeting, messaging, customer journey, and channel effectiveness.
- • Partner with analytics teams to collect, validate, and evaluate data that informs marketing decisions and operational improvements.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of customer journeys used in marketing campaigns and recommend enhancements to increase campaign effectiveness.
- • Lead operational governance activities for assigned Clubs, including creative review oversight, workflow compliance, documentation standards, funding governance, and audit readiness.
- • Track and monitor Club marketing funding utilization to ensure strict compliance with Producer Agreements.
- • Identify execution risks, process gaps, measurement limitations, and operational inefficiencies, then coordinate resolution with cross-functional partners.
- • Collaborate with analytics, product, technology, legal, agency, and Club teams to improve marketing effectiveness and operational execution.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and actionable recommendations for management review.
- • Independently lead complex, cross-functional projects with no direct authority, influencing stakeholders across departments.
- • Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance insight generation, improve documentation quality, and ensure operational consistency.
- • Continuously identify opportunities to improve team processes, increase operational efficiency, and elevate execution effectiveness.
- • Travel as needed for in-person meetings, divisional/team gatherings, and other business-critical events.
- • Contribute to company culture by participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, and embodying cultural norms such as engaging with cameras during onboarding and relationship-building moments.
- • Invest extra time as needed to fulfill business needs, support other teams, and ensure organizational success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years’ experience planning and implementing strategic marketing efforts, customer journey analysis, campaign optimization, operational governance, or complex cross-functional initiatives
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Advanced knowledge of functional marketing principles, customer journey concepts, and analytical techniques
- • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- • Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
