  • • The Marketing Manager will lead the transition of performance marketing from an external agency to an in-house operation, taking full ownership of the company’s digital search and social advertising ecosystem to drive measurable commercial growth for a market-leading manufacturer of innovative building materials and integrated shower solutions serving DIY homeowners, professional contractors, and global hospitality brands.
  • • This role is critical to strengthening the company’s organic visibility, optimizing paid media performance across multiple platforms, and aligning digital initiatives with brand strategy and product launches to expand reach in both consumer and professional markets.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), building and scaling LinkedIn campaigns targeting architects and developers in commercial hospitality, and maintaining active campaigns on Microsoft Ads and Meta with platform-specific messaging strategies.
  • • The Marketing Manager will conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to resolve site-speed issues, crawl errors, and keyword cannibalization, optimize product and category pages for lifestyle- and specification-driven queries, and adapt content for emerging AI-driven and LLM search environments.
  • • They will monitor campaign profitability using margin-based metrics, manage conversion tracking in GA4, identify funnel issues, propose landing page improvements or A/B tests, and implement a four-week performance review cycle to reallocate budgets toward higher-performing initiatives.
  • • Cross-departmental collaboration involves working with Sales and Business Development to evaluate lead quality, coordinating with the Director of Marketing to align digital efforts with brand strategy and product timelines, and partnering with Social Media and 3D Design teams to secure creative assets for campaign execution.
  • • The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop keyword-driven blog content, motion graphics, and video assets that support organic visibility and contribute to a cohesive, data-informed content strategy.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to build a high-impact in-house performance marketing function from the ground up, directly influencing the company’s commercial reach while optimizing both paid and organic channels under the guidance of marketing leadership.
  • • The individual will grow their expertise in balancing ecommerce-driven and B2B lead generation campaigns, mastering advanced audience segmentation and retargeting across the renovation customer journey, and translating complex performance data into strategic marketing decisions.
  • • By working closely with cross-functional teams and leading digital growth initiatives, the Marketing Manager will develop strategic leadership skills, gain visibility into product lifecycle and go-to-market processes, and position themselves for advancement in performance marketing or growth leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience managing both SEO and SEM for a product-based brand
  • • Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets between $30,000 and $50,000
  • • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
  • • Demonstrated experience performing technical SEO audits and resolving site-wide organic performance issues
  • • Experience with Amazon Ads and managing both ecommerce-driven campaigns and B2B lead generation initiatives
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable marketing decisions
