- • As Marketing Manager at Neara Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the company’s global narrative, ensuring that its mission to build resilient energy infrastructure through AI-powered digital twins is clearly communicated to stakeholders worldwide. This role bridges strategic vision and tactical execution, enabling Neara to strengthen its market position, attract top talent, and drive growth across four continents.
- • You will partner with executive leadership to refine and evolve Neara’s positioning, narrative, and strategic point of view as the company scales globally, translating complex product roadmaps and market dynamics into clear marketing priorities and programs that support new market entry, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market planning.
- • You will design and implement a structured internal communications framework to enhance transparency, alignment, and engagement across the organisation, leading company-wide communications for strategic updates, organisational change, and major milestones while ensuring employees understand Neara’s strategy, positioning, and growth priorities.
- • You will lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Talent team to position Neara as an employer of choice, developing and executing talent acquisition marketing campaigns, creating engaging careers content, and refining candidate experiences to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets.
- • You will execute and scale consistent application of Neara’s approved narrative across external channels — including website, earned media, social media, events, and executive platforms — supporting executive visibility through speaking opportunities, thought leadership content, and industry participation in priority markets such as Australia, the US, Europe, and South America.
- • You will craft high-quality press releases, media pitches, executive commentary, and bylined content, cultivating relationships with key journalists, analysts, and industry commentators to inject Neara’s perspective into major industry themes like climate resilience, grid modernisation, and infrastructure risk.
- • You will lead a proactive PR program that amplifies Neara’s category narrative and strategic priorities, collaborating with broader marketing functions to align campaigns, content, and messaging with company goals while gathering feedback and engagement signals to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and People teams to ensure marketing initiatives are commercially aligned, supporting pipeline growth, product evolution, and market expansion through strategic, data-informed storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, corporate communications, or consulting, with a proven ability to operate as a strategic generalist who can shape strategy and execute tactically.
- • Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, infrastructure technology, or strategy consulting is highly regarded, particularly in contexts requiring translation of complex technical concepts into accessible narratives.
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional marketing or communications initiatives, including go-to-market planning, employer branding, and PR programs that support business growth and market expansion.
- • Strong writing and storytelling capability across multiple formats, with experience partnering with senior leadership on narrative development, positioning, and executive communications.
- • Strong record of success working with People and Talent teams to build a strong employer brand and deliver clear, engaging internal communications that reinforce organisational alignment.
- • Comfortable working with senior leaders and influencing without authority, skilled at structuring ambiguous problems into clear, executable plans in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
