- • As a Marketing Manager at DAISY MOUNTAIN AIR, INC., you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across divisions, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth through integrated campaigns that align with corporate branding and messaging. - • You will collaborate with divisional leaders to prioritize marketing activities, lead strategic campaigns in partnership with internal teams and centralized marketing groups (creative, content, digital), define go-to-market strategies, oversee campaign execution, assist in creating proposals and presentations, develop and monitor KPIs to assess campaign success, ensure brand consistency across all deliverables, serve as a brand ambassador, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and support promotional efforts via social media, email marketing, and external partnerships—all while operating in a remote-first environment with less than 10% travel.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- • Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and demand generation channels
- • Proficiency in CRM and marketing software; HubSpot experience preferred
- • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, including proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc.)
