- • Serve as the production engine for MDCalc’s Commercial Business Unit by creating sales enablement materials, presentations, and event assets that equip the commercial team to engage pharmaceutical partners effectively.
- • Translate pharmaceutical brand objectives into targeted HCP marketing plans with clearly defined audience segments, messaging strategies, and measurable KPIs.
- • Own and maintain MDCalc’s brand voice, positioning, and messaging frameworks across all channels and touchpoints to ensure consistency and alignment with commercial goals.
- • Build and manage a digital content library including one-pagers, collateral, landing pages, and other sales tools, ensuring all assets are on-brand and aligned with business priorities.
- • Lead the development of executive-ready presentations for client meetings, industry conferences, and external events, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic accuracy and impact.
- • Oversee end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content deployment, and performance analysis to optimize engagement and conversion.
- • Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- • Ensure all marketing materials comply with FDA promotional guidelines and MLR review processes for healthcare communications.
- • Maintain advanced proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Canva to produce high-quality, publish-ready marketing assets on tight deadlines.
- • Utilize email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools to support campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and sales team enablement.
- • Demonstrate strong project management skills by juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering polished, deadline-driven materials.
- • Present marketing strategies and assets directly to executive leadership and client audiences with clarity and confidence.
- • Travel 10–15% to support client conferences, industry events, and internal team meetings.
- • Contribute to a culture of mission-driven work by enabling the world’s most widely used medical reference to connect pharmaceutical brands with over 65% of physicians globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a health media company, pharma brand team, HCP-focused agency, or equivalent sales-driven media/publisher environment
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
- • Strong understanding of HCP-targeted media platforms and point-of-care channels
- • Working knowledge of FDA promotional guidelines and MLR review processes
- • Advanced proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Canva; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus
- • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM tools
