- • We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Fieldtrip, the parent company of Inbeat Agency Inc. This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives on turning strategic vision into tangible, high-quality marketing execution. You will work in close partnership with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), playing a crucial role in shaping and amplifying Fieldtrip's brand and growth initiatives across all marketing channels.
- • As a Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be on the hands-on execution of marketing strategies. This involves translating high-level objectives into clear, consistent, and impactful campaigns and content. You will be instrumental in ensuring Fieldtrip consistently presents a credible and compelling narrative to its target audience, particularly CMOs and senior decision-makers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with senior leadership, possesses strong judgment and a keen eye for creative excellence, and has a proven ability to take ideas from conceptualization through to successful completion.
- • The marketing team at Fieldtrip is at the forefront of defining the strategic direction and narrative for both Fieldtrip and our innovative Growth Creative System™. As a key member of this team, you will contribute directly to reinforcing Fieldtrip’s positioning and supporting inbound demand generation efforts. Your work will directly impact how Fieldtrip is perceived by key stakeholders in the industry.
- • A significant part of your role will involve maintaining and evolving Fieldtrip’s core marketing assets. This includes ensuring all content is up-to-date, on-brand, and effectively communicates our value proposition. You will also play a vital role in contributing to our employer brand and culture visibility, ensuring our story is told in a thoughtful and authentic manner, attracting top talent to our organization.
- • Your responsibilities will span across various marketing functions, including content operations, quality control, and demand support. You will manage Fieldtrip’s content presence across key platforms such as LinkedIn, our newsletter, and blog. This will involve coordinating with freelancers, ensuring all content meets our high standards for quality, clarity, and brand alignment. You will also be responsible for supporting marketing materials for sales leadership when needed, ensuring a cohesive message across all client-facing interactions.
- • Furthermore, you will be involved in supporting Fieldtrip’s presence at events, including speaking engagements, podcasts, and panels. This entails managing the logistics, preparing necessary materials, and coordinating post-event follow-up content. Your project management and coordination skills will be essential in owning timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring smooth cross-team handoffs. You will proactively identify and address any bottlenecks to ensure initiatives progress efficiently and effectively.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality content and campaigns on time, ensuring all marketing assets are consistently produced and aligned with Fieldtrip’s point of view. We will look for evidence of steady engagement growth on platforms like LinkedIn and our newsletter, as well as positive feedback from prospects. Efficient operations, characterized by clear briefs, clean handoffs, and seamless coordination with external collaborators, will also be key indicators of success. This role offers a high opportunity for growth within a supportive and innovative environment.
- • You will be the driving force behind executing our brand strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. This includes developing and managing content calendars, overseeing the creation of various marketing collateral, and ensuring that all communications resonate with our target audience of CMOs and senior executives. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail will be critical to your success.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the CGO and other stakeholders to brainstorm new marketing ideas, develop campaign strategies, and execute them flawlessly. Your insights and recommendations will be valued as we continuously seek to innovate and improve our marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and brand recognition of Fieldtrip.
