📋 Description

• Marketing Manager role focused on scaling teacher acquisition for Brighterly, an online math and reading school for children in the US, directly impacting business growth by increasing teacher supply to meet rising student demand.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and testing ad creatives to optimize Cost Per Hire (CPH), launching and scaling Meta Ads campaigns (initially with support, then independently), analyzing campaign performance, presenting insights to stakeholders, conducting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on landing pages with design and development teams, and exploring new channels like TikTok for teacher recruitment while building employer branding for educators.
• Brighterly is part of Skelar AS, a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses; the company has grown from 3 to 10 marketing team members, with the product recognized as an EdTech Digest Awards finalist in Math Solution and Tutoring Solution categories, serving thousands of students daily.
• The role offers autonomy, broad responsibility, and direct influence on business growth in a mission-driven environment focused on helping children learn better, with opportunities to develop expertise in performance marketing, creative strategy, CRO, and multi-channel acquisition within a supportive venture builder ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically as a Marketing Manager, Project/Account Manager in a performance agency, or a similar role with deep involvement in creatives and paid social.
• Proven experience managing advertising projects with monthly budgets of $20k or more.
• Ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and their interdependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including testing hypotheses on landing pages and explaining results.
• Familiarity with the optimization logic and creative requirements of Meta, Google, and TikTok.
