  • • As a Marketing Manager at Foxelli Group, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands. This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing role where you will own initiatives from conception through to execution and optimization, acting as the crucial link between marketing, design, and development teams.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with and directly contribute to tangible business objectives. This goes beyond simply managing campaigns; it involves a deep dive into customer research and market analysis to uncover and capitalize on new avenues for growth.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to meticulously analyze campaign performance, identifying what is effective and what needs improvement, and translating these data-driven insights into actionable strategies for scaling our funnels and campaigns.
  • • You will be a creative force, crafting compelling and human-centric copy for advertisements, landing pages, and sales funnels designed to resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to guiding the creative process, providing constructive feedback on design work to ensure brand consistency and maximize conversion potential, and collaborating closely with the design team to produce high-impact ad creatives.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve optimizing landing pages and website performance. This includes rigorous QA testing of landing pages, focusing on user experience, conversion flow, and overall functionality.
  • • You will be a champion for A/B testing, continuously experimenting with different elements to enhance conversion rates and improve the overall effectiveness of our digital assets.
  • • Close collaboration with our development team will be essential for the seamless rollout of website updates, new features, and performance enhancements.
  • • You will serve as the primary liaison between the marketing, design, and development departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • • This involves creating detailed project briefs that clearly articulate the 'what' and 'why' behind each initiative, enabling all team members to understand their contribution and the overall objective.
  • • You will proactively track project progress, manage timelines, and keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments and milestones.
  • • A deep understanding of our customer base will be cultivated through collecting and analyzing customer feedback and behavioral data.
  • • You will identify key customer pain points and unmet needs, leveraging these insights to refine our sales strategies and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
  • • Embracing innovation, you will actively explore and integrate AI tools (such as GPT for content generation, AI image/video generators, and automation platforms) to accelerate task completion, facilitate rapid idea testing, and improve overall efficiency.
  • • You will identify strategic opportunities where AI can be leveraged to increase our speed to market or enhance the intelligence of our marketing efforts.
