- • As the first marketing hire in APAC for Sierra Technologies, you will establish the company's presence in the region through strategic event marketing, driving pipeline and brand awareness in new markets.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of event programs across APAC—from concept and planning to execution and post-event follow-up—managing vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-touch, memorable experiences that align with Sierra’s brand and business goals.
- • You will partner with global marketing and sales teams to localize strategies for APAC enterprise audiences, identify key accounts, and accelerate deal cycles through targeted field marketing initiatives.
- • You will serve as the regional connector between APAC and global teams (Marketing, Sales, Product), advocating for regional needs while ensuring alignment and contributing to Sierra’s mission of building better customer experiences with AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in events and field marketing, including a proven track record of leading high-impact B2B marketing programs in APAC that drive enterprise pipeline and revenue.
- • Experience as a regional or founding marketer, comfortable building marketing functions from zero—setting strategy, creating structure, and executing programs without heavy infrastructure.
- • Strong commercial mindset and sales partnership skills, with demonstrated ability to align marketing programs to account priorities and revenue goals through close collaboration with regional sales teams.
- • Deep understanding of APAC markets, including cultural nuance, vendor networks, and experience executing campaigns across key APAC countries, with Singapore as a hub.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across functions and geographies and articulating plans, results, and insights to senior stakeholders.
- • Willingness to travel across APAC to execute programs in-market and build relationships on the ground.
