- • As a Marketing Manager for PAVBLU at Amgen, you will play a key role in both the strategy and execution of marketing activities for a brand focused on serving patients with serious illnesses, contributing to Amgen’s mission of advancing innovative medicines in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.
- • Day to day, you will contribute to brand strategy development, lead HCP promotional campaigns and digital engagement, own patient-facing materials like brochures and website content, manage congress logistics and budgets, oversee the sample program, track brand spend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including field, medical, regulatory, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant and aligned execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field with 2 years of marketing, business, or commercial operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field with 4 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- • Experience executing marketing initiatives across HCP and patient audiences, including promotional materials, digital campaigns, and field-facing resources
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environment
- • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, regulatory, legal, and external vendors to drive aligned execution
- • Experience supporting congress planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site delivery
- • Familiarity with email marketing and digital engagement tools
