  • • As a Senior Marketing Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the UK and Ireland (UKI) marketing strategy, focusing on driving impactful campaigns within our largest market.
  • • You will be a key player within the central Global Proposition and Campaigns Team, providing crucial support during a period of heightened activity and output.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and drive execution, acting as the primary architect of the UKI market’s communication plan.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to ensure all marketing activities are seamlessly integrated, meticulously prioritized, and demonstrably contribute to overarching strategic objectives.
  • • You will serve as the definitive voice in all planning forums, offering expert strategic consultation to internal teams and adeptly aligning diverse stakeholders towards common goals.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve navigating complex challenges and trade-offs, acting as a skilled diplomat to foster consensus and ensure the most effective allocation of resources and budget.
  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of the UKI communications plan, from initial concept and strategic briefing through to campaign launch and comprehensive post-campaign analysis.
  • • This includes leading the activation of major UKI marketing campaigns, meticulously overseeing every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • • You will translate the quarterly communications plan into compelling, persuasive narratives that resonate with and gain alignment from senior leadership.
  • • A critical function will be the diligent monitoring and meticulous tracking of the production budget for all UKI campaigns, ensuring fiscal responsibility, maximum efficiency, and strict compliance.
  • • You will drive the hands-on execution of locally-led marketing initiatives, adeptly managing complex workflows, trafficking assets, and guaranteeing the timely, high-quality delivery of creative across all integrated channels.
  • • Developing clear, rigorous, and measurable frameworks for all marketing activities will be essential, holding the team accountable for achieving defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • Conducting deep-dive post-campaign analysis is a vital component of this role, involving the synthesis of performance data and key learnings into actionable strategic insights that inform future campaign development and business strategy.
  • • You will proactively guide internal teams through difficult decisions related to budget allocation, resource management, and execution priorities, ensuring alignment and mitigating potential conflicts.
  • • This position requires a strong grounding in end-to-end campaign execution, demonstrating comfort and capability in leading high-profile, complex projects from inception to completion.
  • • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire UKI organization to ensure the quarterly plan is fully aligned with the broader company strategy and that resources are strategically prioritized against key initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of progressive, demonstrable marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth, B2C or multi-category brand.
  • • Proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution of large-scale, integrated (through-the-line) marketing campaigns in the UKI.
  • • Strong diplomatic and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder alignment, navigate trade-offs, and drive consensus in challenging situations.
  • • Expertise in marketing finance and budget management, specifically relating to monitoring and tracking large-scale production costs.
  • • Exceptional storytelling ability: capable of synthesising complex plans and performance data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for senior audiences.
  • • Highly proficient in project management, with the ability to manage complex workflow, allocate resources, and maintain detailed documentation across teams.
  • • A 'not scared to get your hands dirty' attitude; someone who can operate effectively at both the strategic planning level and the day-to-day execution level.
