• • As a Marketing Operations Manager at Fieldguide Inc., you will play a critical role in optimizing marketing campaign execution, tracking, and reporting for the North American market, directly supporting the company’s mission to build trust in global commerce through automation and AI-driven efficiency.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing HubSpot campaigns, emails, webinars, forms, and workflows; maintaining lead scoring and routing systems; ensuring data integrity; improving email deliverability; implementing tracking and attribution; collaborating on multi-channel campaigns; supporting channel owners with list management and asset creation; partnering with the Data team for seamless data flow; leveraging AI tools to automate repetitive tasks; and documenting processes in Notion while tracking projects in Monday.com.
