📋 Description

• Marketing Operations & Administrative Assistant role supporting a private equity firm’s marketing team in maintaining systems, managing CRM data, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring efficient administrative workflows for U.S.-based clients.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HubSpot CRM data, building and formatting email campaigns, coordinating social media publishing, organizing creative assets, supporting event logistics, pulling marketing reports, and handling calendar and inbox management.
• The team operates within a growing private equity firm focused on founder-led businesses, requiring strong operational discipline to support firm-level marketing and portfolio company growth initiatives.
• The role offers opportunity to gain deep exposure to marketing operations, CRM administration, campaign execution, business development support, and organizational processes while contributing directly to pipeline growth and leadership enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting marketing operations, marketing coordination, administrative support, or business development support
• Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Experience managing data, contact records, list segmentation, or CRM administration activities
• Experience supporting campaign execution and marketing operations workflows
• Experience coordinating projects, approvals, timelines, or deliverables
• Experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar research and list-building tools is preferred
