- • We are seeking a highly data-driven Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to establish and lead the analytics foundation that underpins our go-to-market strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the systems, frameworks, and insights that provide our marketing organization with a clear understanding of performance, investment opportunities, and optimization strategies across the entire marketing funnel. You will collaborate closely with our Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, and Strategic Finance teams to develop sophisticated attribution models, meticulously maintain our marketing technology stack, and translate complex data into compelling strategic narratives that inform and drive decision-making across the company.
- • What You Will Own:
- • Reporting & Insights:
- • Architect, build, and maintain robust executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks designed to surface critical leading and lagging indicators. This includes, but is not limited to, pipeline velocity, conversion rates segmented by various criteria, customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback periods, and comprehensive full-funnel attribution metrics.
- • Translate raw data into actionable insights and clear, concise recommendations aimed at enhancing marketing efficiency and refining our overall go-to-market strategy.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for operational leverage and significant efficiency gains throughout the marketing organization, driving continuous improvement.
- • Attribution & Analytics Modeling:
- • Design, develop, and own a sophisticated multi-touch attribution framework that spans the entire customer journey, from the initial touchpoint to closed-won revenue. This will enable precise analysis of channel Return on Investment (ROI) and facilitate data-driven budget optimization.
- • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Finance team to develop and implement advanced analytics models. This includes cohort analysis, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and channel incrementality testing, all designed to support informed marketing investment decisions.
- • Marketing Technology & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- • Lead the strategy and ongoing optimization of our marketing technology stack. You will work hand-in-hand with Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, efficient data flow, and optimal system performance across our marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and lead management systems.
- • Partner with Revenue Operations to refine and enhance lead lifecycle definitions, scoring models, and routing logic. You will provide the critical marketing perspective needed for funnel optimization and conversion rate analysis.
- • Collaborate with GTM Engineering on vital data infrastructure projects, ensuring that all marketing events and attribution touchpoints are correctly instrumented and accurately flowing into our central data warehouse.
- • Operational Excellence:
- • Foster a culture of operational excellence within the marketing organization by developing and documenting key processes, establishing comprehensive campaign Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
- • Serve as the primary analytics thought partner for the marketing team, translating data-driven insights into strategic narratives that effectively guide resource allocation, campaign planning, and channel mix optimization.
