- • As the Marketing Operations and Strategy Lead at Render Services, Inc., you will serve as the critical connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Finance, building the operational engine that powers the company’s next phase of growth in a high-impact, lean marketing team environment. This role is pivotal in transforming how Render scales its go-to-market motion by designing AI-first systems that enable a small team to achieve outsized impact, directly supporting the company’s mission to make cloud infrastructure powerful and intuitive for AI-native development.
- • You will architect and deploy an AI-first marketing technology stack from end-to-end, leveraging tools like Claude, Zapier, and Clay to automate high-frequency tasks, build internal tools using LLMs, and evangelize AI adoption across the marketing organization to drive 10x efficiency gains.
- • You will scale lifecycle marketing by creating automation systems that engage Render’s 4.5+ million global developers based on product triggers and adoption signals, ensuring timely, helpful, and personalized communication that drives product-led growth and user retention.
- • You will own and optimize outbound infrastructure, building systems for sophisticated outbound reach with high deliverability and seamless CRM integration to support sales-led growth initiatives and pipeline generation.
- • You will master attribution and analytics by building models that measure program performance, ROI, and channel effectiveness, turning raw data into actionable insights for leadership to inform strategic investment decisions.
- • You will drive the rhythm of business by leading the operational drumbeat of the marketing team, supporting Finance and Ops on business reviews, board updates, and cross-functional syncs to ensure marketing strategy remains tightly aligned with company goals and financial planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, with at least 5 years at a high-growth startup, demonstrating the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments without relying on predefined playbooks.
- • Proven track record as an AI builder—creating automations and internal tools using LLMs (e.g., Claude) and workflow platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), not just using AI tools passively.
- • Demonstrated experience managing marketing systems and data at scale, including nuanced understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth motions, with comfort handling databases of millions of users.
- • Strong agency and curiosity: a self-starter who proactively identifies problems and builds solutions before being asked, driven by ownership and initiative.
