📋 Description

• As Marketing Operations Lead at Kraken, you will be a strategic partner and hands-on operator ensuring the marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and intelligently, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption and financial inclusion.
• You will report directly to the VP of Growth and serve as a critical member of the marketing leadership team, overseeing systems, processes, and project management frameworks that enable growth marketing, creative, and analytics teams to execute at scale.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and implementing marketing operations systems, tools, and processes to keep the organization running efficiently and effectively.
• You will lead cross-functional projects across growth, lifecycle, creative, and product marketing, ensuring alignment, accountability, and flawless execution of high-impact initiatives.
• You will operationalize product launches and marketing campaigns by managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring no detail is missed and all stakeholders are informed.
• You will implement and manage marketing tools such as project management software, asset management platforms, and CRM integrations, aligning teams around clear processes that drive efficiency and consistency.
• You will bridge creative and growth teams by streamlining creative production, running experimentation matrices, tracking creative performance, and optimizing resources to support data-informed growth marketing.
• You will serve as an operational liaison with Kraken’s parent company, Breakout, helping develop processes for co-marketing efforts as integration deepens.
• You will operationalize experimentation frameworks by managing a testing pipeline for creative, channels, and messaging to enable efficient testing with minimal wasted spend.
• You will drive operational excellence by standardizing planning, prioritization, and reporting processes to ensure visibility, focus, and momentum across marketing functions.
• You will champion AI-powered workflows by identifying and implementing AI tools and automation—such as prompt pipelines and agent-based workflows—to reduce manual lift and accelerate team output.
• You will bring clarity to complexity and momentum to friction through exceptional communication and organizational skills, empowering others to focus on their craft by handling operational heavy lifting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing management, preferably in a high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto environment.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing—including channels, metrics, experimentation, and how growth teams operate—with hands-on fluency in the work, not just coordination.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery, with expertise in project management and systems thinking.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, including daily use to accelerate work and experience building automations or agent-based workflows.
• Skilled at implementing and managing marketing tools (CRM, project management, collaboration, analytics platforms) to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complexity and momentum to friction.
